6th GLATA President

Rod Moore earned a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and a master’s degree at South Dakota State University. Since 1967, Rod has been the head athletic trainer and a physical education instructor since 1973 at Valparaiso University. He was a member of the Board of certification from 1977 to 1980 having served as chairman for three years. He has volunteered to work many national and international sporting events including the Pan American Games in 1987. Rod also served as GLATA President (1978 – 1980).
