Howard Catt – 1995
Arsenal Technological High School
Howard Catt earned a bachelor’s degree from Butler University and a master’s degree from Indiana University. After a 39 year career as an educator with most of his years working at Indianapolis Arsenal Technical High School, Catt retired in 1989. Dually credentialed as an athletic trainer and physical therapist, Howard is credited to set up the first high school athletic training programs in Indiana. He later became Tech’s athletic director, a position he served for 17 years.
